We have a fantastic display of Aga and Rayburn cookers and cookware and the store hosts regular Demonstrations on all aspects of Aga cooking. They start with the ‘A Day in the Life of an Aga’ which outlines the techniques all Aga owners need to get them started. If you have a favourite dish and you want to know how to cook it on the Aga come along to a Demonstration and you will find it easier than you ever thought possible. We also do specialised Demonstrations, so please see below for details of forthcoming events. Spaces, though, are limited so it is worth booking early to ensure your place.

DO YOU RECYCLE YOUR USED INK CARTRIDGES?. If not bring them into the Aga Shop Truro and we can send them off to help provide more guide dogs and assist mobility servives for blind and partially sighted people throughout the UK. For every inkjet cartridge donated the £1 raised will feed a guide dog puppy for a day. For every 10 inkjet cartridges donated the money raised will support a guide dog partnership for a day. As such we need those cartridges that would normally be thrown away to really make a difference.

Handy Hint for Christmas

Transform your Gravy
Giblet stock will transform your gravy. Cover the giblets with cold water and simmer for 5 minutes on the simmering plate then skim. Add a clean unpeeled half onion with chopped carrot and a stick of celery, some parsley stalks and a few peppercorns. Bring back to the boil, cover and transfer to the simmering oven for 3 hours.

 The Store

The Truro shop on Quay Street, just off the piaza, has a full range of Aga and Rayburn appliances in many of the available colours. We also cover the 3 range cookers that are included within the Aga brand. We also offer a wide range of cookware items for use on the cooker itself. For a brochure or to see for yourself the range we carry simply come into the shop, call us on 01872 278901, or email us on truro@aga-web.co.uk
